You must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into contracts under Indian law.

If you are using the platform on behalf of another individual or organization, you represent that you have the necessary authority to do so.

Shubh Kalyan is a technology platform that facilitates religious and spiritual services through verified temple partners.

Current services include:

• Online Puja Booking
• Chadhava Booking
• Religious Seva
• Temple Offerings
• Sankalp Submission
• Prasad Delivery (where available)
• Digital Proof of Puja (subject to temple availability)
• Live Darshan (where available)

Future services such as Astrology Consultation, Numerology, Tarot, and Spiritual Guidance may be introduced under separate terms.

You may create an account using your email address, mobile number, or any other authentication method provided.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining account confidentiality.
• Providing accurate information.
• Updating changes promptly.
• Restricting unauthorized access.

You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account.

A booking is considered confirmed only after successful payment and confirmation from our system.

Submission of a booking request alone does not guarantee service availability.

Certain Pujas are performed only on auspicious dates or according to temple schedules. The Company reserves the right to reschedule bookings in coordination with the customer where necessary.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate:

• Name(s)
• Gotra
• Nakshatra (if applicable)
• Purpose of Puja
• Family member details

Incorrect or incomplete information may affect the performance of the religious ritual. Shubh Kalyan shall not be liable for errors arising from inaccurate information provided by the customer.

Services are dependent upon temple schedules, religious calendars, festivals, local regulations, priest availability, weather conditions, and government restrictions.

In exceptional circumstances, bookings may be rescheduled or substituted with equivalent arrangements after notifying the customer where reasonably possible.

Where offered, customers may receive:

• Photographs
• Short Videos
• Live Darshan Links
• Completion Certificate

The availability, format, and quality of digital proof depend on the participating temple's policies, infrastructure, and local conditions and cannot be guaranteed for every booking.

Where the platform facilitates donations or offerings to temples or religious institutions:

• Such payments are processed as instructed by the customer.
• Donation receipts, if applicable, are issued by the respective temple/institution and subject to their policies.
• Shubh Kalyan acts as a facilitating platform and does not represent that all donations qualify for tax benefits unless expressly stated.

All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.

Prices may include temple charges, priest honorarium, platform service fee, payment gateway charges (where applicable), and applicable taxes.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, confirmed bookings will be honored at the price paid.

Payments may be made through RBI-authorized payment methods including:

• UPI
• Debit Cards
• Credit Cards
• Net Banking
• Wallets
• Other supported payment methods

The Company does not store customers' banking credentials or card details.

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

Certain religious services begin immediately upon booking or involve advance arrangements with temple partners and may therefore be non-refundable.

Where physical Prasad delivery is available, delivery timelines are estimates.

Delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, public holidays, or force majeure events shall not constitute a breach of these Terms.

Delivery availability may vary based on serviceable locations.

The platform may integrate third-party services including payment gateways, courier partners, cloud hosting providers, communication providers, and temple livestream providers.

The Company is not responsible for interruptions or failures caused by third-party services beyond its reasonable control.

Shubh Kalyan provides a platform for facilitating religious services.

The spiritual significance, religious beliefs, and perceived outcomes of Pujas, Sevas, Chadhava, or other rituals are matters of individual faith.

The Company does not guarantee fulfilment of wishes, spiritual outcomes, religious benefits, financial gains, health improvements, resolution of personal issues, or any supernatural/miraculous results.

Participation in any religious service is entirely voluntary and based on the customer's personal beliefs.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atrova Digital Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from the use of the platform or services.

Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of a booking shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for that specific booking.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Atrova Digital Private Limited, its directors, employees, officers, affiliates, and partners from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your misuse of the platform,
• Violation of these Terms,
• Infringement of any third-party rights, or
• Information provided by you that is false, misleading, or unlawful.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform, with or without prior notice, if:

• You violate these Terms;
• Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activities;
• Attempt to compromise platform security; or
• Misuse the services in a manner that adversely affects other users or our operations.

The Company shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, pandemics, strikes, war, civil unrest, government actions, power failures, internet outages, or temple closures.

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, process, and protect your personal information.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be published on the platform with the revised "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
